Story

The founders of Utilis Consulting first crossed paths in public accounting, where we quickly discovered a shared passion for developing both our clients and our teams. Over the years, we each pursued leadership roles at different firms, but we stayed connected, recognizing how our strengths complemented one another in powerful ways.

Eventually, we saw an opportunity to build something better together: a firm grounded in fairness, utility, and impact. Utilis was born from that vision, a collaborative, values-driven practice committed to delivering meaningful results for clients.

Our name, Utilis —Latin for useful, helpful, and beneficial—reflects the heart of our work: to provide equitable, effective solutions that make a real difference.
